Since my early days as a medical student, I’ve been obsessed with defining and creating a truly exceptional health care experience. This is my life’s work.
I’m a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine with expertise in Longevity Medicine and Adult Primary Care; I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and avid cyclist. I’m the rare doctor who understands fitness, nutrition, and medical disease. I integrate expertise from multiple fields to craft personalized care plans tailored to your needs, ranging from cardiometabolic health and weight loss to emotional health and chronic disease management.
Most recently, I worked with the founder of One Medical (Dr. Tom Lee) to build the premiere innovative primary care company Galileo, where I supervised doctors and operations across multiple states. I currently serve as a clinical advisor to the largest nutrition-focused digital health company and an early-stage company tackling mental illness.
I completed my training in Internal Medicine at UCSF Medical Center, one of the world’s top academic medical centers, being taught by Master Clinicians. I spent countless hours in a diverse set of training environments, from the clinic to the ICU’s during COVID. Prior to that, I attended medical school at Northwestern University in the city of Chicago, close to my roots in rural Illinois.
