Dr. Ajay Haryani bridges two worlds that rarely meet: He is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, and he is a certified personal trainer with an an expert understanding of longevity, fitness, and nutrition. Unlike most physicians who focus solely on illness, or wellness experts who lack medical training, he brings knowledge of how the body functions in both health and disease.
He integrates expertise from multiple fields to craft personalized care plans tailored to your needs, ranging from cardiometabolic health and weight loss to emotional health and chronic disease management.
Most recently, he worked with the founder of One Medical (Dr. Tom Lee) to build the cutting-edge primary care company Galileo, supervising doctors and clinical operations across multiple states. He currently advises leading digital health companies focused on primary care, nutrition and mental health.
Dr. Haryani completed medical training in Internal Medicine at UCSF, a top academic medical center. He learned from Master Clinicians in a diverse set of training environments, from the clinic to the COVID ICU. He attended medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago, close to his roots in rural Illinois.
